Delete Your Wanderly Account

Wanderly (published by Wanderly Technologies LLC) lets you delete your account and associated data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens to your data.
How to request deletion
- In the Wanderly mobile app (fastest): Open the app → Profile tab → Account Settings → scroll down → tap Delete Account → confirm.
- By email (if you no longer have the app): Send an email to support@getwanderly.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and account record (name, email, auth credentials)
- Saved preferences, language and currency settings
- Wallet balance and stored payment methods
- Referral codes and referral history
- Push notification tokens and device identifiers
- Support chat history tied to your account
What is retained, and for how long
- Completed order, transaction, and eSIM provisioning records are retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax, accounting, anti-fraud, and telecom regulatory obligations, after which they are permanently deleted.
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you may be kept indefinitely.
Timeframe
Account deletion requests are completed within 30 days of receipt.
