QR Code Method (Recommended)
The fastest way to activate your eSIM
Open Camera App
Open the Camera app on your iPhone and point it at the QR code you received.
Tap the Notification
When a notification appears saying 'Cellular Plan Detected', tap it to continue.
Add Cellular Plan
Tap 'Continue' on the 'Add Cellular Plan' screen. Your iPhone will download the eSIM.
Label Your Plan (Optional)
You can label the plan (e.g., 'Travel' or 'Wanderly') to easily identify it later.
Set as Default
Choose whether to use this eSIM for cellular data. Select 'Use [Label] for Cellular Data'.
Enable Data Roaming
Go to Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data Options → Data Roaming and turn it ON.
Manual Activation
If you can't scan the QR code
- 1.Go to Settings → Cellular → Add Cellular Plan
- 2.Tap 'Enter Details Manually'
- 3.Enter the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code from your email
- 4.Tap 'Next' and wait for the eSIM to install
- 5.Enable Data Roaming in Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data Options
Troubleshooting
Common issues and how to fix them
QR code won't scan
Make sure you're scanning with sufficient lighting. Try the manual activation method instead.
eSIM won't download
Ensure you have a stable WiFi connection. Restart your phone and try again.
No data connection after installation
Check that Data Roaming is enabled. Also verify the eSIM is set as the default for cellular data.
eSIM not appearing in settings
Restart your device. If issue persists, contact our support team.
Error during installation
Each QR code can only be used once. If you've already installed it, find the eSIM in your settings. Contact support if needed.
