Dakar — Strong 4G across the peninsula, with 5G in parts of Plateau, Almadies and Ngor. Good coverage on Île de Gorée and the ferry crossing.
Saly and the Petite Côte — Comprehensive. This is the package-holiday coast and it's well served throughout, including Somone and Popenguine.
Saint-Louis — Solid in the town and on the island. Weaker heading into the Langue de Barbarie.
Lac Rose (Lake Retba) — Coverage around the lake and the main access roads.
Sine-Saloum Delta — Patchy. Signal in the larger villages like Ndangane and Palmarin, much less out on the water and in the mangrove channels. Boat excursions will drop out.
Casamance (Ziguinchor, Cap Skirring) — Reasonable in Ziguinchor and around Cap Skirring's hotels. The rural areas between are thin, and the ferry from Dakar loses signal for stretches at sea.
Niokolo-Koba National Park — Very limited. Expect little to nothing on game drives.
Touba and the interior — Coverage in the towns, gaps between them.
Podor and the Senegal River valley — Basic coverage in the settlements, unreliable elsewhere.

- Download offline maps for the Sine-Saloum and Casamance. Both have real gaps and both involve boats.
