Timing by payment method
- Store credit (wallet balance): applied immediately and usable at checkout straight away.
- Card: 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.
- Cryptocurrency: refunded as store credit by default, since crypto payments cannot be reversed to the original transaction.
Partial refunds
If part of an order was fulfilled — for example, one eSIM in a multi-country bundle failed — we refund the affected portion rather than the whole order. The remaining plans stay active.
What happens to the eSIM
A refunded plan is deactivated. If the profile is still on your phone, delete it to avoid confusion; it will no longer carry data.
